1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and free from any markings or signs of wear.
- Returns must include all original packaging and any supplementary materials (e.g., CDs, access cards, inserts, etc.).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Digital items (eBooks) are not eligible for return unless:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible despite proper download attempts.
3. Return Process

- Do Not Ship Without Authorization: Unauthorized returns may be refused or not refunded.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You will be notified once your refund is approved and processed.
- If the return is due to an error on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
5. Exchanges
- Need a different title or edition? Contact us within the 30-day return window to request an exchange.
- Exchanges follow the same process and eligibility rules as returns.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong book, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
